Solutions Consultant
As a Solutions Consultant you will support the scale-up of our market by providing expertise and working with our sales team across all new business.
As a Solutions Consultant you will be a trusted expert for new and existing clients to help them take the next step of their decarbonization journey. You will bring expertise into the sales process through sustainability knowledge, our case studies, and preparing industry specific content that will help us win new business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)
- Work with our Account Executives on new business by being the preferred expert advisor, from discovery to preparing workshops and presentations
- Client-facing solutions: understand the needs of the clients and present a coherent set of solutions to address them, whether technical solutions (our software platform) or advisory, workshops.
- Run proof of concepts (POCs) showcasing the capabilities of CO2 AI sustainability platform
- Contribute to upsells by taking existing clients through the right advisory steps and workshops to sell more modules from our platform
- Prepare custom demos and run pilots for clients
- Collaborate with sales and product team to answer RFPs
- Contribute to identifying the best abatement levers enabling our customers to reduce their carbon footprints, and implement them within the software
- Represent the voice of your customer by collaborating with the rest of the Revenue Acceleration team
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales/Advisor/Consulting with ability to listen to customer requirements, run pre-sales activities, whiteboard and propose solutions, through both software and advisory
- Ability to be impactful during client conversations, and build strong rapport/relationships
- Technical background :You need to be comfortable presenting software solutions to clients
- Having a background or strong interest in sustainability is an advantage: in particular we are interesting in experience with carbon accounting, familiarity with the GHG protocol, knowledge of Emission Factors
- Fluent in English is required
- Your passion for climate challenges and your willingness to make a change
- Dedication to teamwork, and getting things done together
- Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments - we are an early stage startup
- Strong communication and presentation skills
