Regional Sales Manager
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives who will support the scale-up of our market presence by driving sales in the EU.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive CO2 AI’s business to the next level. As the Regional Sales Manager with a focus on recruitment, enablement and execution for the Enterprise Sales team, you will drive revenue and assure the continued successful growth of the company. At CO2 AI we solely target enterprise level accounts. Sales cycles range from 6 to 12 months, and involve senior stakeholders from the world’s largest companies. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the market dynamics, a proven track record of sales leadership, and a passion for building strong client relationships.
- Enable, develop and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build sales pipeline
- Monitor and optimize team performance, delivering consistent growth and providing actionable insights to leadership to steer success.
- Coach the team to close business and to navigate complex negotiations and organisations
- Actively recruit Account Executives for your team, according to CO2 AI's hiring criteria
- Build seamless partnerships with the Product team to share feedback on market trends, Sustainability Acceleration team to facilitate sustainability knowledge sharing and content creation, and Customer Success team to ensure successful long term relationships with clients.
- Lead by example in leveraging tools like Hubspot and internal documentation
- Work closely with our Marketing Team and partners to optimize lead generation and pipeline velocity, ensuring your team has the fuel to outperform.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Minimum 10+ years of sales experience within a high growth SaaS environment selling to enterprise level accounts, with at least 3 years of experience managing several Enterprise Account Executives.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable sales plans
- Experience recruiting highly successful and talented Account Executives
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations
- Experience selling to sustainability teams, IT teams, procurement teams, consumer goods, industrial goods, retail, or automotive segments is a plus
- Demonstrated success in selling into new markets and launching new products or services
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- You ideally have an experience in a "Startup" environment (not only in medium or large organizations)
- You have a deep interest, or even better experience, in Sustainability
- We work 100% in English so fluency is required

Role based in central Paris (France). Flexible remote-work policy.
YOUR TEAM
Within the Sales team, you will report directly to our VP Sales and lead a team progressively growing to 5 Enterprise Account Executives and 1 Sales Development Representative. You will also work closely with our Partners, Marketing, Tech & Product, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams.
