As an Account Manager at CO2 AI, your primary responsibilities would revolve around implementation of CO2 AI's software, encouraging its uptake within client organizations, and fostering high levels of satisfaction. Additionally, you'll play a vital part in nurturing enduring and robust client relationships, thereby contributing significantly to business growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)
- Scope implementation work during the sales process to accurately define project requirements and timelines.
- Drive the implementation of CO2 AI software at new clients, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
- Steer the project team, consisting of both CO2 AI and client stakeholders, to collaboratively define project plans and ensure their delivery with utmost quality.
- Manage all personnel involved in the execution of projects, spanning diverse skill sets such as data engineering, sustainability expertise and beyond.
- Monitor project-related risks and define comprehensive risk mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders post implementation, fostering trust and effective communication, ensuring CO2 AI keeps on delivering value.
- Identify opportunities & drive the delivery of additional services to existing clients, identifying opportunities and effectively scope the work required to fulfil client needs.
- Lead internal projects focused on scalability and efficiency, such as adapting implementation processes for secure scalability or determining cost-efficient service packages to drive adoption.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in a consulting-like role within the SaaS B2B sector.
- Extensive background in client management, with a focus on senior-level engagements and relationships.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Passionate or a deep understanding about sustainability.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a passion for leveraging technology to drive positive environmental and social impact.
WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED
Full remote from North America, preferably East Coast (our offices are based in Paris, France).
